Forza Student Accepted into Flamengo Academy in Brazil
Seven year old Forza student Cristian Coelho has been picked to play for the Flamengo Academy in Reo de Jeneiro, Brazil while living overseas. He is the youngest player to be training in the U-11 group. Click More below to read a letter from his father.

JP and Ricardo Selected for Mundialito 2009 in Portugal (Donations Needed)
JP Ortiz and Ricardo Calderon have been selected to play for the YPT team at Mundialito 2009 in Portugal during Easter (April 5th – 12th). This international youth tournament will consist mostly of professional academy teams from across Europe, and the world. They need our assistance with covering some of the costs associated with this trip. Please contribute what you can. Training Now Being Offered at South Austin SoccerZone
Starting Friday, October 3rd, Forza Campiones VIP Training will begin offering training at the SoccerZone South Austin location at Manchaca and Slaugher Lane. Training Schedule Changes
ForzaVIP training is being reduced to two nights a week, Friday and Saturday nights. The early morning ODP Prepratory Training will remain unchanged.
NEW REQUIREMENT: If you are a WDDOA registered player and do not play for Forza FC, you are now requried to provide written approval to participate in ForzaVIP soccer related activities from your team's coach. This is needed because most of the ForzaVIP trainers falling under the authority of WDDOA Rule # 3.1.18 and 3.1.19 (http://www.wddoa.org/docs/Rules%202004Jul30.pdf). This requirement does not apply to players registered through CAYSA. A sample "written permission" form is available.

Forza Futbol Club to Form Teams
Forza Futbol Club (Forza FC) has publically announced that it will be forming select and academy teams for the fall season. David Dinh, owner of Forza Campiones VIP Training, resigned from his part-time position as a Lonestar trainer on Wednesday, making the announcement. "We're committed to provide a different soccer environment, focusing on development of both player and team over results, passion for the game, and acting in the best interest of the players and families involved."

Updated: YPT Camp Information
There is a change to the camp dates from what was originally posted. The invitation only YPT camp will be held March 13-15, Thursday through Saturday, and the session will run all day from 8-4 PM. The fee for the 3 day camp is $120.00 for each player. If possible please mail in payment, and confirm that your child will be attending with an email or phone call to David at (512) 589-9876.
