Dear parents,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I have taken the position of Director of Coaching for Forza FC. This position was effective August 1, 2008. I will be working with the other Directors of the club to institute a program we believe will provide the highest level of training and establishing a club that develops kids to the best of their ability. I will be coaching three teams – the 98B N, 97B N, and the 96B N. I assure you that I will work with all players within the club, as will the entire staff, so that we can all share in your child’s development.
I will still offer private training (through Forza Campiones VIP) on Friday and Saturday evenings, however, if you are not part of Forza FC you will have to obtain a permission slip from your soccer club. Without this form you will not be allowed to train. I know many will not be able to obtain the permission slip that is required to continue on training at Forza. The summer months are the only time that training could be provided for your child without the club consent and notification. I wish every player the very best this coming up year.
As parents you should always demand more from your coach and your club if you see that the child is not being taught properly. No club or anyone else in the matter has the right to tell you what you can do with your child’s free time away from your commitment to that club. Always remember that technical comes before tactical and the soccer clubs exist for one thing only; to help and teach your child all the essential skills to be the very best that they could be regardless of their physicality. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your child’s soccer development.
