Congratulations to 25 Forza players invited to the USSF training centers since May 2011! Many more will be identified and will have opportunities in the upcoming events.
U.S. Soccer Training Centers are single day, invitational training sessions run by U.S. Soccer staff for elite players in key soccer markets. Training Centers are open to the top players from any team, club or organization at no cost to the player. The purpose of the Training Center program is to identify the best players for the U.S. Soccer Youth National Team program.
Congratulations to all Forza players making the South Texas Olympic Development Program (ODP)! Many more would have made the team but the players did not attend the tryout due to conflicts in their schedule.
The function of ODP is the identification, selection, and opportunity for development of the state's top players, and through high level training and competition, to provide the means by which these players are prepared to compete for selection for regional, national, collegiate and professional opportunities.

I’m also willing to bet that more than a few feathers will be ruffled by his comments.
